New This Year for Kids New to Camp
We have introduced a new program for kids that are new to camps or for younger kids that have difficulty in new environments. Each week we will have the same main teacher in selected camps. These camps are highlighted in yellow on the schedule at the end of the page. This way kids will have a familiar face each week and will have some of the same kids week to week much the same as in school.
-
What to Bring
Kids should bring a lunch everyday except on Fridays, snacks (we have 1 morning and 1 afternoon snack break), a labelled water bottle, a hat and sunscreen. Our facility is nut free so please make sure lunches and snacks are nut free. They should arrive with sunscreen already applied. We will have the kids reapply sunscreen after lunch. Kids in the sports camp should wear running shoes.
-
Email Information
You will receive an email a week before each camp with drop off and pick instructions and specific information for that week

Camp Descriptions
Students dive into the world of YouTube by creating channel intros, logos, creative videos and YouTube Shorts, learning the essentials of engaging content creation! Each day, students master core video creation skills, crafting engaging content like skits, tutorials, and vlogs that captivate viewers!
Nothing is ever uploaded to YouTube during camp — we want to give parents the choice. Instead, all videos are shared directly with you via email. After camp, you can decide whether to share their work on YouTube, allowing them to proudly showcase their projects!
A compatible iPad is required for this program. A rental option will be available upon enrollment. To check if your ipad is compatible please check here: https://creatorcamp.org/compatible-devices>a

Campers will brainstorm and develop a product or service that solves a common problem! They learn about what it means to be an entrepreneur, do market research, purchase supplies with their creator budget, and even build a prototype for other campers to buy! Then campers will advertise advertise their product. They will make an infomercial complete with planning, filming, and editing to help sell their product or service. On the final day kids will pitch their businesses in Create Tank! Campers will start by completing a marketing challenge. Afterwards students will pitch their business to investors either in person or through video in Create Tank! The excitement continues as campers design a challenging Roblox obstacle course. They'll master game mechanics, learn to set win conditions, and craft thrilling gameplay loops that keep players engaged.
3D Game Developers:
Campers will start by analyzing what makes their favorite games so captivating, exploring how they challenge and reward you at every turn. From there, they will unleash their creativity and create your very own racing game! They will design the characters, make the rules and craft the storyline. Features will include epic combat elements and advanced mechanics like event triggers, spawners, inventory systems, and health systems.
Campers will learn about stop-motion fundamentals, crafting fun scenes with their favorite mini-figures! They’ll learn to capture action frame-by-frame, discovering the magic of timing and motion that brings their creations to life. Kids will then tackle a capstone project, designing an epic short film! They’ll develop a story, set up their scenes, and add effects to make their Lego worlds look movie-ready. Towards the end of the camp kids will experiment with green screens, sound effects, and advanced animation tricks, giving their Lego movies an action-packed finish. The camp wraps with a showcase of everyone’s unique film!
Students will participate in hands-on workshops to learn key skills in cinematography, editing, and directing! They will learn about green screens to make their own films. Students will collaborate to brainstorm, storyboard, and shoot their very own 2-5 minute short films! Their films can be about anything they want! Students will be given hands-on help in editing their films to really bring them to life! Towards the end of the camp they will delve into post-production, color correcting and adding intro's and end credits. Anticipation will build as they prepare for the Creator Camp Oscars!
